法文系師資均係留學法語系國家取得法文相關碩、博士學位者，或是學有專精且具有碩、博士學位的法籍人士。目前系上共有30位專兼任教師，其中含專任16位（博士9位，碩士7位），兼任14位。教師中有9位為法籍人士。
Teachers of the Department have studied in French-speaking countries and obtained a master or a doctorate related degree; French nationals have obtained a master degree or doctorate in a given field of expertise. The Department currently has 16 full-time teachers, 14 part-time teachers and nowadays the proportion of foreign teachers amounts to 30%.
